Dunhuang Art Exhibit

The Dunhuang Art Exhibition, with a "legends of desert and re-emergence
of resplendence" theme opened at the Taipei Museum of History on March
26th. It was two years in preparation.

The Dunhuang Grotto of the Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD), duplicated
following its original size, drew the attention of a woman and her
daughter.

A visitor was appreciates a Dunhuang fresco.

An old man watches a Buddhist scripture being written in characters of
the Xixia (1032-1227 AD), a small nation that existed during the Song
Dynasty (960-1279 AD).
