In 2005, Jiangsu Province will continue to further open its education
sector to the outside world and accelerate the internationalization
process of its higher education. The province will intensify
international education cooperation on an even larger scope, broader
fields and at an even higher level. Meanwhile, the province will recruit
highly-qualified foreign education resources, boost international
cooperation and strive to enhance the quality and international
competitiveness of its higher education institutions.
